Each project will be defined by a written agreement, quotation, or proposal provided before work begins.


3. Project Agreements

All work will be agreed in advance, including:

  • Scope of work
  • Estimated timeline
  • Cost and payment terms
  • Deliverables

Any changes to the agreed scope may result in additional costs or revised timelines.


4. Payments

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins
  • Final payment is due upon project completion or prior to website launch
  • Ongoing services (such as hosting, maintenance, or support) may be billed monthly or annually

Failure to make payment may result in suspension or delay of services.


5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information
  • Supplying content (text, images, branding, etc.) unless otherwise agreed
  • Reviewing and approving work within reasonable timeframes
  • Ensuring they have rights to all materials supplied to us

Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.


6. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in a project agreement, reasonable revisions are included. Additional changes outside the agreed scope may be charged separately.


7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment:

  • The client owns the final website or deliverable unless otherwise agreed
  • We may retain the right to display the work in our portfolio and marketing materials

Any third-party software, plugins, or licensed assets remain subject to their own terms.


8. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party services such as:

  • Hosting providers
  • Content delivery networks
  • Payment gateways
  • Plugins and APIs

We are not responsible for downtime, changes, or issues caused by third-party services.


9. Website Maintenance and Support

If ongoing support or maintenance is provided:

  • Services will be defined in a separate agreement or plan
  • We are not responsible for issues caused by client changes or third-party updates outside of maintenance coverage

10. Limitation of Liability

We will take reasonable care in delivering services. However:

  • We are not liable for indirect losses, business interruption, or loss of revenue
  • We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or performance outcomes
  • Clients are responsible for backups unless otherwise agreed

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice.

If a project is terminated:

  • The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point
  • Any deliverables provided remain subject to payment status

12. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access
  • Disrupt or damage website functionality
  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

13. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.
